QUEBEC CITY, CANADA -- (Marketwire - Jan. 10, 2012) - Key Gold Holding Inc. (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:KGH) hereby announces that it closed a $25,000 private placement, pursuant to which 500,000 common shares of the Company were issued at a price of $0.05 per share.All the common shares issued pursuant to the private placements are subject to a mandatory hold period ending May 7, 2012.
