TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2012 - Fletcher Nickel Inc. (Canadian Unlisted Board: FL) announces that it plans to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 units (the "Units") priced at $0.05 per Unit with each Unit consisting of one common share (the "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") with each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further share at a price of $0.10 per Share at any time within three years from the Closing.
