TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - Sept. 6, 2012) - Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) (FRANKFURT:B7LN) announced today that it is increasing the size of its non-brokered private placement financing announced on August 21, 2012. Brigadier now intends to issue up to 10,000,000 units ("Units") to raise up to $500,000 for working capital requirements and to finance due diligence activities in Africa.
