Alcoa Recognized as One of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces? in the United States
Alcoa (NYSE:AA) announced today it has been recognized as one of the 50
Most Engaged Workplaces? in the United States byAchievers,
a leader in employee reward and recognition solutions. This is the
second year in a row Alcoa has received the award for leadership and
innovation in engaging its employees.

specific to each of our operating locations. This helps prioritize

Winners were evaluated on commitment to employee engagement in eight
areas: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition,
Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision &
Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.
