Jasper Mining Corporation Announces On Its Ruth Vermont /Vowell Creek Property

CALGARY, Sept. 12, 2012 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") (TSX-V:JSP) announces an agreement with respect to further work on its Ruth Vermont /Vowell Creek Mining Lease and claims.
A British Columbia numbered company has agreed to use its own resources to develop a comprehensive study to delineate the lead, zinc, silver and gold potential on Jasper's Ruth Vermont /Vowell Creek properties.
The Ruth Vermont/Vowell Creek properties consist of approximately 10,283 acres located 30 km southwest of Golden, BC. These properties have been previously drilled by Jasper with encouraging lead, zinc, silver and gold intercepts, all of which have been announced in earlier News Releases.

The British Columbia numbered company has experienced geological expertise and has agreed to put together a comprehensive review of Jasper's Ruth Vermont/Vowell Creek properties and structure a transaction that could result in a joint venture or sale of the Jasper property on terms satisfactory to Jasper.
