Amerix Precious Metals Corporation announces Private Placement Financing
The net proceeds raised under the Offering will be for the advancement of the Company's Limão project and for general working capital purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or about October 17, 2012 (the "Closing Date") and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Common Shares and Warrants comprising the Units will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months and one day from the closing date under applicable securities legislation.
