Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, October 9, 2012 - Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA; Pink Sheets: RCKTF) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Afzaal Pirzada, P.Geo, Vice President of Exploration, as Interim CEO effective immediately. Mr. Pirzada's appointment follows the Board's acceptance of Eunho Lee's resignation as President, CEO and director of the Company.
