SearchGold Resources Inc. Announces Completion of Private Placement

TORONTO, Nov. 5, 2012 - SearchGold Resources Inc. ("SearchGold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RSG) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of $215,000, comprised of units (each a "Unit" and together, the "Units") at a subscription price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one full common share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant" and together, the "Warrants") exercisable for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Offering (the "Closing Date"). The Warrants shall be exercisable at a price of $0.10.The closing of the Offering remains subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company plans to use the proceeds of the Offering for general corporate purposes.
