Entourage Metals Ltd. Announces Non-Brokered Financing

VANCOUVER, Feb. 14, 2012 - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) (the "Company") announces that it has agreed to complete a non-brokered private placement of 4,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.45 per share. The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.The Company may pay finders' fees in cash and/or share purchase warrants to certain finders in connection with the financing.
The Company intends to use proceeds from the private placement to advance the Black Raven High Grade Gold Project, the company's projects in the Hemlo Region of Ontario, and for general working capital.
