Aurora Oil & Gas Limited - On Market Offer for Eureka Has Closed

PERTH, July 6, 2012 - Aurora Oil & Gas Limited's (ASX:AUT) (TSX:AEF) ("Aurora") on market offer ("Offer") to acquire all of the ordinary shares in Eureka Energy Limited (ASX:EKA) ("Eureka") has now closed.At the close of the Offer Aurora's relevant interest in Eureka is 98.3%.
As previously announced on 3 July 2012, Aurora has commenced the compulsory acquisition process and notices to shareholders who did not accept into Offer have been dispatched.
