Golden Band Resources Management Change

SASKATOON, Nov. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - Golden Band Resources Inc. (GBN: TSXV; OTCQX: GBRIF) today announced that Rodney Orr has resigned from his position as Vice President of Corporate Development, effective November 30, 2012, in order to form a consulting company offering services to the mining industry. Golden Band intends to enter into a consulting agreement with Mr. Orr to utilize his services in certain areas of his unique expertise.

Rob Garden, President and CEO of Golden Band stated, "It is with regret that I have accepted Rodney's resignation. Rodney joined Golden Band in 2004 and has worked in a variety of positions. His wealth of experience and corporate memory will be missed. On behalf of the board and all of the employees of Golden Band, I wish Rodney all the best in his new consulting venture."
