LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire - Nov. 29, 2012) - Amara Mining plc (AIM:AMA) (TSX:AMZ) has received notice that, on 23 November 2012, an employee of the Company exercised options over 42,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 42,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 December 2012.
Following this notification, the Company has 168,089,937 Ordinary Shares in issue.
