(NWG - TSX Venture, HR2N - FSE) ("Newton Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to report that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on September 5th, 2013. The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank all shareholders for their continued support and confidence especially during these difficult market conditions.With a favourable vote allowing the Company to consolidate its share capital on a one-new-for-five-old basis, Newton's Board will be able to consolidate the company's share capital during the next 12 months. However, this will only be done should a new corporate structure be necessary for the continued good standing of the company or if it would enable the Company to complete a financing.
