Threegold Resources Announces Up to $800,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

VAL-D'OR, July 6, 2012 - Threegold Resources Inc ("Threegold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:THG) is pleased to announce a private placement of up to 13,333,333 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for total proceeds of CND$ 800,000 dollars. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to purchase one common share of the company for 24 months, at a price of $0.10 per share.The net proceeds from this private placement will be used for general working capital as well as for exploration on the properties of the company.
