VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Aug. 20, 2013) - Brades Resource Corp. ("Brades" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Biles as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Biles replaces Ms. Cheryl More who has resigned as an officer and director of the Company. Mr. Biles has over 20 years of market and mineral exploration experience and will oversee the exploration and development of the Company's BRC porphyry copper-gold property in northwestern British Columbia and the recently announced Lorne Lake uranium property in the western Athabasca basin of Saskatchewan. The board of directors and management of Brades wish Ms. More the very best in her endeavors and express their appreciation for her contributions to the Company during her tenure.Brades is a junior exploration and development company with a focus of operations on Canadian resource properties.
