Tinka Announces Financing Update

VANCOUVER, Dec. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Tinka Resources Limited (the "Company"), (TSXV: TK) (Frankfurt: TLD) (OTCPK: TKRFF), announces that further to the Company's news release of December 11, 2012, the Company has received conditional approval from regulatory authorities and will be moving to close the financing.

Richardson GMP is acting for the Company in respect of this financing for up to 2 million units and will be paid a commission consisting of cash and warrants.
