Toronto, July 11, 2013 - Western Graphite (WSGP) would like to announce changes to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Steve Kucuk, President and CEO has resigned as President. Due to the unrest in Turkey and the long term political issues occurring in his country and surrounding countries, Mr. Kucuk is unable to perform his duties as president and as such reorganization has occurred in the company. The Company thanks Mr. Kucuk for his participation and service as President and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce the advancement of Lauren Notar, from that of Vice President to the position of President and CEO.

In addition, the Company announces the appointment of Mr. Harry Bygdnes, BSc to the position of company Director. Mr. Bygdnes has many years of experience in mining and as such he is the perfect candidate to move the company’s flagship “Pure Flake Graphite” property forward. He has worked with many geologists from around the world and as such he will be bringing in some very experienced and talented professionals in Canada to move the property forward.

Mr. Bygdnes bring a broad range of experience to the Board having held positions as Director, and or management of several companies in mining. We are very excited for the opportunity to have Mr. Bygdnes work with the company and have someone of his experience join our board.
