WINDSOR, NS, Jan. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Buchans Minerals Corporation (TSXV: BMC) ("Buchans Minerals" or the "Company") announces the grant of 635,500 options to an aggregate of 4 directors, officers and employees of the Company. Each option is exercisable for one common share of Buchans Minerals until January 7th, 2018 at an exercise price of $0.10. All of the options vest immediately.
