VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RVS) (OTCQX: RVREF) (FRANKFURT: 3RV) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release of December 19, 2012, the Company has reduced the aggregate number of incentive stock options granted to employees, officers, consultants and directors of the Company by 493,000 options. The remaining options are exercisable for common shares in the capital of the Company until December 19, 2017, at an exercise price of $0.62 per share.
