MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/22/13 -- Northcore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCR) (the "Corporation") announces that it has terminated effective January 17, 2013, a service contract with 4552083 Canada Inc., a company that employed Francois C. Desrosiers as a contract service provider. That Corporation was hired to perform Investor Relations and general management services.
The contract has been terminated at the request of the TSX-Venture Exchange while it performs a Suitability Review on Mr. Desrosiers to act for or on behalf of an Exchange listed Company.
