He has also held directorships with various public companies.The Company also announces that Kirk Reed has resigned as President and director. The Company thanks Mr. Reed for staying with the Company for transitional purposes after Irvin Eisler and his team took the reins of the Company last year. Mr. Eisler has been appointed as new President and will also continue as CEO.
