Auriga Gold Corp Announces Debt Settlement
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - March 4, 2013) - Auriga Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AIA) ("Auriga Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to settle up to $252,383 in debt with arm's length and non-arm's length parties. The indebtedness relates to the provision of services, supplies and consulting. A total of 3,365,106 shares, priced at $0.075 per share, will be issued to the Company's Interim CEO, former CFO and key consultants and other creditors in full or partial settlement, as the case may be, of outstanding indebtedness. The shares will be subject to a four- month hold period starting from February 1, 2013 and will be subject to disinterested shareholder approval and customary TSX and regulatory approvals.
