VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SCZ) ("Santacruz Silver" or the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to an employee and an officer of the Company to acquire an aggregate of 400,000 common shares at $1.85 per share, for a period of 5 years. These incentive stock options have been granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
