Alaris Royalty Corp. Declares Monthly Dividend

CALGARY, Jan. 17, 2013 - Alaris Royalty Corp. ("Alaris" or the "Corporation") (TSX:AD) announces that the Board of Directors of the Corporation has declared a dividend of $0.105 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 15, 2013 to holders of record on January 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date is January 29, 2013.This dividend is designated by the Corporation to be an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
