The samples were tested and analyzed at the SGS del Peru S.A.C. labs in Lima, Peru. Gemini is pleased to announce that it has formed a wholly owned Colombian subsidiary company named Minera Gemini SA ('MGS'). Registered and based in Medellin, MGS will hold all of Gemini's Colombian mining concessions and interests. MGS will also streamline and facilitate future mineral property acquisitions as well as mining, permitting and banking procedures in Colombia.
