  Das kanadische Explorationsunternehmen Mega Precious Metals gab gestern bekannt, dass die im April angekündigte Übernahme durch Yamana Gold erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Gemäß Vereinbarung hat Yamana alle ausstehenden Aktien von Mega Precious erworben. Mega-Aktionäre erhielten pro Mega-Aktie 0,02092 einer Yamana-Stammaktie sowie 0,001 CAD in bar.

  Mega Precious Metals Inc. gab heute eine bindende Vereinbarung mit Yamana Gold Inc. bekannt. Gemäß dem Deal wird Yamana alle ausstehenden Aktien von Mega Precious erwerben. Mega-Aktionäre erhalten 0,02092 einer Yamana-Stammaktie und 0,001 CAD in bar pro Mega-Aktie. Dies entspricht einem Preis von 0,10 CAD je Aktie von Mega Precious.
