  Der in Alberta ansässige Gold- und Kupferexplorer Northern Tiger Resources und Redtail Metals teilten gestern in einer gemeinsamen Pressemeldung mit, dass die Aktionäre mehrheitlich der Fusion der beiden Unternehmen zugestimmt haben. Entsprechend wird Northern Tiger sämtliche Aktien von Redtail erwerben. Hierfür wurde ein Aktientauschverhältnis von einer Northern-Tiger-Aktie für je sieben Redtail-Aktien vereinbart.

  Americas Bullion Royalty teilte vergangenen Freitag mit, dass das Unternehmen eine Privatplatzierung ohne Brokerbeteiligung von bis zu 15 Mio. Stammaktien zum Preis von 0,15 $ je Aktie plant.
