  Minera Alamos Inc. und Corex Gold Corp. gaben gestern die Unterzeichnung einer bindenden Vereinbarung über die Zusammenlegung der beiden Unternehmen bekannt. Das neu entstandene Unternehmen wird anschließend über drei mexikanische Gold- und Silberprojekte in der Entwicklungsphase sowie über rund 6 Mio. C$ in bar verfügen und eine Marktkapitalisierung von etwa 50 Mio. C$ haben.

• Corex erteilt Bohrauftrag und beginnt mit Bohrungen im Konzessionsgebiet Santana

  Corex Gold Corp. freut sich mitteilen zu können, dass mit der ersten Phase des Diamantbohrprogramms im Konzessionsgebiet Santana im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Sonora begonnen wurde. Das Unternehmen hat GDA Servicios Mineros SA de CV, ein mexikanisches Tochterunternehmen von Guiñez Ingenieria Ltd. mit Firmensitz in Antofagasta (Chile), mit der Durchführung der Bohrungen beauftragt.
