  Magellan Minerals gab gestern den Abschluss der dritten und finalen Tranche seiner Privatplatzierung von 30 Mio. Einheiten bekannt. Basierend auf einem Preis von 0,10 $ je Aktie entstand dem Unternehmen hieraus ein Bruttoerlös von 3,0 Mio. $. Im Zuge der dritten Tranche wurden hiervon 10,62 Mio. • Magellan Minerals Ltd.: Privatplatzierung über 1,16 Mio. $

  Magellan Minerals teilte am gestrigen Mittwoch mit, dass das Unternehmen eine Privatplatzierung ohne Brokerbeteiligung beschlossen hat, im Rahmen derer es 11,6 Mio. Einheiten zu einem Preis von 0,10 $ je Einheit ausgeben will. Daraus würde ein entsprechender Erlös in Höhe von 1,16 Mio. $ resultieren.
