  Kasbah Resources Ltd. und Asian Mineral Resources Ltd. meldeten heute eine Vereinbarung, wonach Asian Minerals alle ausstehenden Aktien von Kasbah kaufen wird. Den Angaben zufolge werden die Aktionäre von Kasbah pro Kasbah-Aktie 1,3 Stammaktien von Asian Mineral sowie 0,4 eines Warrants für eine Aktie von Asian Minerals erhalten. Eine Kasbah-Aktie wird somit mit 0,038 AUD bewertet.
