  New Gold Inc. und Richfield Ventures Corporation gaben bekannt, dass New Gold alle ausstehenden Stammaktien von Richfield erwerben wird. Gemäß Vereinbarung erhalten Aktionäre von Richfield für jede Richfield-Aktie 0,9217 einer Aktie von New Gold. Das Angebot bewertet Richfield mit 10,38 CAD je Aktie oder circa 550 Mio. CAD.
