• Übernahme von Columbus Silver Corp. durch Santa Fe Gold Corp. geplatzt

  Columbus Silver gab Anfang Juni bekannt, dass die geplante Übernahme durch Santa Fe Gold gescheitert ist. Santa Fe hatte Ende vergangenen Jahres erklärt, bis spätestens zum 31. Mai 2012 alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Columbus Silver für 0,20 CAD zu erwerben. Hauptgrund für das Scheitern der Transaktion ist, dass Santa Fe nicht in der finanziellen Lage war, die ausstehenden Wertpapiere zu kaufen.

  Wie Santa Fe Gold Corporation gestern bekannt gab, ist das Unternehmen mit Columbus Silver Corporation bezüglich der geplanten Übernahme nun eine endgültige Vereinbarung eingegangen.
