• Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. kündigt Übernahme von Cayden Resources Inc. an

  Agnico Eagle Mines gab gestern bekannt, mit Cayden Resources Inc. eine Vereinbarung eingegangen zu sein, der zufolge Agnico Eagle 100% der ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Aktien sowie Optionen und Warrants Caydens erwerben wird. Der ungefähre Gesamtbetrag beläuft sich auf 205 Mio. CAD bzw. 3,79 CAD je Aktie und basiert auf dem volumengewichteten 30-Tage-Durchschnittskurs der Agnico-Eagle-Aktien.

  Cayden Resources veröffentlichte gestern die ersten Bohrergebnisse bei Angostura, dem dritten von neun vorrangigen Zielgebieten innerhalb des El-Barqueno-Goldprojektes, bei denen das Unternehmen derzeit Bohrungen durchführt.
