  Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. und Kennady Diamonds Inc. gaben gestern bekannt, dass die beiden Unternehmen eine bindende Übernahmevereinbarung unterzeichnet haben, derzufolge Mountain Province alle ausstehenden und ausgegeben Stammaktien von Kennady aufkaufen wird. Die Anteilseigner von Kennady werden dabei jeweils 0,975 Stammaktien von Mountain Province für jede Kennady-Aktie erhalten.

• Kennady Diamonds schließt Privatplatzierung über 5 Mio. CAD

  Kennady Diamonds Inc. gab gestern den Abschluss einer Privatplatzierung ohne Brokterbeteiligung bekannt, im Rahmen derer das Unternehmen einen Bruttoerlös von 5.001.750 CAD erzielt hat. • Kennady Diamonds Inc. gewährt neuem Direktor Aktienoptionen

  Wie Kennady Diamonds am gestrigen Mittwoch mitteilte, wurden dem kürzlich zum Direktor ernannten Robert Parsons Aktienoptionen gewährt, die ihn zum Erwerb von 100.000 Stammaktien Kennady Diamonds berechtigen. Die Optionen können über einen Zeitraum von zehn Jahren zu einem Preis von 4,74 $ je Aktie ausgeübt werden. Die Gewährung erfolgte zur Abgeltung von Barleistungen.

• Kennady Diamonds Inc. gewährt Anreiz-Aktienoptionen

  Kennady Diamonds gab gestern bekannt, dass das Unternehmen seinen leitenden Angestellten und Mitarbeitern Anreiz-Aktienoptionen gewährt hat, welche diese bis zum 13. • Kennady Diamonds Inc. schließt Privatplatzierung über 2,3 Mio. $ ab

  Kennady Diamonds teilte am vergangenen Freitag mit, dass das Unternehmen die zuvor angekündigte Privatplatzierung ohne Brokerbeteiligung abgeschlossen hat.
