  Infolge der erfolgreichen Übernahme von Cue Resources durch Uranium Energy wurde die Börsennotierung von Cue Resources an der TSX Venture Exchange am gestrigen Dienstag aufgehoben. Im Januar dieses Jahres hatten die beiden Unternehmen eine Vereinbarung bekanntgegeben, wonach Uranium Energy alle ausstehenden und ausgegebenen Stammaktien von Cue Resources übernehmen sollte.

  Cue Resources is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement between CUE and Uranium Energy whereby UEC will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of CUE.
