• Canaco Resources Inc.: Aktionäre stimmen für Ausgliederung von Tigray Resources Inc.

  Canaco Resources gab am Freitag bekannt, dass die Aktionäre des Unternehmens bei einer Versammlung in Vancouver ihre Zustimmung für die Ausgliederung von Tigray Resources Inc. erteilt haben. Die Transaktion wird die Übertragung von Canacos 70%-Anteil an Harvest Mining PLC sowie von 4 Mio. $ an das Tochterunternehmen Tigray beinhalten. Harvest Mining besitzt das Harvest-VMS-Projekt in Äthiopien.

• Canaco-Aktionäre stimmen Ausgliederung von Tigray Resources zu

  Canaco Resources Inc. gab gestern bekannt, dass die Anteilseigner des Unternehmens auf einer Sondersitzung seinem Vorschlag zugestimmt haben, Tigray Resources Inc. als hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft auszugliedern.
