  Agnico Eagle Mines und Urastar Gold gaben gestern den Abschluss der Übernahme von Urastar durch Agnico Eagle bekannt. Im Rahmen der Transaktion hat Agnico Eagle alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Urastar erworben. Urastar ist damit von nun an ein 100%-iges Tochterunternehmen von Agnico Eagle.
