Celeste Mining is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mr. Max Missiouk as an interim CFO of the Company. Mr. Missiouk is a Certified Management Accountant and has a graduate degree with honours in Banking and Finance, as well as a postgraduate degree in Management. Mr. Missiouk has served as a controller and as an accounting manager in a number of public and private companies over the last several years.

Celeste announces that it has negotiated a short term financing arrangement with its largest shareholder, Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings.
