  Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation gab vergangene Woche bekannt, dass das Unternehmen einen bindenden Vertrag mit Burnstone Ventures geschlossen hat, der vorsieht, dass Abacus durch einen Aktientausch sämtliche ausstehenden Aktien von Burnstone erwerben wird. Damit wird Burnstone, welches über das Kupfer-Molybdän-Porphyr-Projekt Tomichi in Colorado verfügt, zu einem 100%-Tochterunternehmen von Abacus.
