• Frontera Copper lehnt Übernahmeangebot ab

  Der Kupferproduzent Frontera Copper hat gestern seinen Aktionären empfohlen, das von der Invecture Group unterbreitete Angebot zu 0,59 Can $ nicht anzunehmen. Invecture hält schon 21,4% am Unternehmen. Das Angebot seit feindlich und opportunistisch, da es sich den jüngsten Rückgang des Kupferpreises und damit auch den Kursverlust von Frontera zunutze mache.
