  Fission Energy Corporation und Pitchstone Exploration Limited gaben gestern bekannt, dass die Übernahme von Pitchstone durch Fission Energy erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Die Aktionäre erhielten gemäß Vereinbarung für eine Pitchstone-Stammaktie 0,2145 einer Stammaktie von Fission. Damit hat Fission im Rahmen der Transaktion insgesamt 9.697.159 Stammaktien ausgegeben.

  Pitchstone Exploration gab gestern bekannt, dass man eine Vereinbarung mit Fission Energy eingegangen ist, wonach alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Aktien von Pitchstone durch Fission Energy erworben werden. Die Aktionäre erhalten für eine Pitchstone-Stammaktie 0,2145 einer Stammaktie von Fission. Damit wird Fission im Rahmen der Transaktion insgesamt 9.697.155 Stammaktien ausgeben.
