Im Zuge dieser Umstrukturierung wurden alle Stammaktien von Marengo an Marengo Mining Canada Limited (Marengo Canada) (TSX:MRN; ASX:MMC) übertragen, wodurch Marengo ein zu 100% eigenes Tochterunternehmen von Marengo Mining Canada wurde.
