Mr. Mears is an experienced, licensed Geologist in the USA and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He has over 20 years experience in exploration and mining, and has served on the Board of a number of companies. Mr. Mears brings a wealth of understanding and capability to Marengo.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Marengo wishes to advise that retiring from the Board of Directors is Mr Ian Hume, a Director of the Company since October 2012 and is a representative of Marengo's major shareholder, The Sentient Group. Mr Hume's retirement is effective immediately. Ian leaves with the appreciation, support and best wishes for the future from all the Marengo Mining team.
