The final approval of each of TSX-V and ASX remains subject to certain customary conditions precedent, which Spur anticipates will be satisfied on or before Thursday, 21 August 2014 (Sydney time).
The announcement by Atlantic in relation to the Court's approval of the Scheme is available for review on Atlantic's website (www.atlanticgold.com.au), as well as on the ASX's website (www.asx.com.au) under Atlantic's profile (ATV).
