  Spur Ventures gab gestern den Abschluss des Verkaufs seiner hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft Spur Chemicals (BVI) Inc. an Hong Tang Vision Ltd. für 9,25 Mio. CAD bekannt. Damit beendet Spur Ventures, das durch Spur BVI indirekt Anteile an den beiden chinesischen Joint-Ventures Yichang Maple Leaf Chemicals und Yichang Spur Chemincals hielt, offiziell seine Operationen in China.
