Oslo, 13 October 2014: Giæver has served as Head of Investor Relations and Company Secretary since May 2011 and was Head of Controlling & Risk Management from 2009 to 2011, having joined Yara in 2004. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the School of Management, University of Bath, UK.
