Sydney Mining Club Present Exeter Resource Corporation and Extorre Gold Mines at The 152nd Sydney Mining Club

21.01.2011  |  ABN Newswire
Sydney - Bryce Roxburgh, President of Exeter Resource Corporation (TSE: XRC) and Yale Simpson, Chairman of Extorre Gold Mines (TSE: XRC) present on successful exploration work in Chile and Argentina.

Both companies are TSX listed and Extorre was spun out of Exeter in mid-2010 to allow specific country and project focus so that competing pressures were minimized.

Exeter's key project is the giant gold-copper Caspiche porphyry project in the Maricunga district in northern Chile, which contains a gold equivalent resource of 45 million ounces in a tonnage in excess of 1.3 billion tonnes.

Extorre is an emerging gold - silver producer with its flagship project Cerro Morro containing a resource in excess of 600,000 ounces gold equivalent and stacks of upside.

Two excellent case studies on doing business in South America - not to be missed!

About Sydney Mining Club:

The first Sydney Mining Club forum was held in March 1997.

The initial impetus for the formation of the Sydney club was discontent in the mining community with many aspects of the professional institutes and most of all with their ability to bring people together. Our activism led to the first changes to the constitution of the largest Institute in more than a century.
