  Yamana Gold Inc. gab heute den Abschluss der Übernahme von Extorre Gold Mines Limited bekannt. Yamana hat gemäß Vereinbarung alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien des Junior-Unternehmens Extorre erworben. Die Extorre-Aktionäre hatten ihr Zustimmung für den Deal bei der außerordentlichen Versammlung am 15. August erteilt.

• Extorre Gold Mines Ltd.: Market Perform (S) mit Kursziel 4,25 CAD

  Extorre Gold Mines und Yamana Gold gaben in dieser Woche eine bindende Vereinbarung bekannt, wonach Yamana alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Extorre erwerben wird. Gemäß Vereinbarung erhalten Extorre-Aktionäre 3,50 CAD in bar und 0,0467 einer Stammaktie von Yamana für eine Extorre-Aktie. Dies entspricht einer Prämie von ~68% auf den Schlusskurs der Extorre-Aktien am 15. Juni.
