Big Bear Mining Corp Announces Acquisition of Lewiston Mining District Properties in Fremont County Wyoming from Golden Predator Mines US Inc.

Big Bear Mining Corp (OTCBB: BGBR) is pleased to announce that it has executed an option agreement with Golden Predator Mines US Inc. (TSX: GPD) to acquire a 100% interest in four properties, partially consolidating the historic Lewiston Mining District in Freemont County, Wyoming. These Lewiston Mining District properties consist of 185 federal lode mining claims, two patents covering 3,771 acres and are considered to be highly prospective.

Furthermore, these properties in the Lewiston Mining District are considered to be archean meta-sedimentary gold occurrences that extend over six miles and are located in the South Pass Greenstone Belt which is similar to geologic settings for several major gold deposits in the Archean Greenstones of Canada, Australia and Africa. Big Bear's initial targets in Lewiston are gold mineralized zones exposed in more than twenty historic small mine dumps; specifically the Hidden Hand, Good Hope, and Wolf mines. These showings have never been drilled, however limited grab sampling during the due diligence period returned up to 12.3 gram per tonne gold (0.39 ounce per tonne) and 20.7 gram per tonne gold (0.66 ounce per tonne) at the Wolf Mine.
