Oslo (2011-10-24):On Friday 21 October Yara International ASA purchased 48,600 own shares in the
market at an average price of NOK 251,1865 per share. The shares were purchased
on behalf of and transferred to Yara Management and other executives taking part
in Yara's long-term incentive program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International
ASA Board of Directors in 2008.
The following Yara primary insiders purchased shares as part of this
